Manka’s Yoga classes include a unique combination of Asanas (poses); challenging the body to various aspects of strength, flexibility and alignment and incorporating techniques such as progressive relaxation and Pranayam (breath regulation).

She strongly believes that if perfect alignment is achieved, a natural healing process follows that restores normal functioning of the body, both internally and externally. Originally from New Delhi, Manka studied the Yogic philosophy from a young age and has been teaching since 2010 and she is also a professional dancer.
