Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels of experience, at a time and location to suit you.
Yoga and Pilates at your home, office, hotel (or any other appropriate location of your choice) will be tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re a complete beginner, experienced or a pregnant mum. Our Practitioners will help you find and adopt the right programme and routine for you.
There are different ways of practising yoga and Pilates and our expert practitioners can focus on just one method or blend elements of different styles to suit your individual needs.
Is your schedule too busy to allow time to get to a yoga or Pilates class? Our practitioners bring Pilates and/or yoga to you! Our aim is to restore the natural strength and structure of your body – whether it be through gentle chair-based exercises or through more challenging reformer and mat work. Our aim is simple: to bring you a convenient, rapid and flexible treatment and yet uncompromising on quality.
A one to one session is a private meeting between you and the practitioner. There is no rule as to what will happen and in what order - that depends on your needs. Often, the sessions will start with a discussion, to allow the practitioner to get to know you and to understand your aims, needs and abilities.
